Julia is a Manual Osteopathic Therapist (MOT) and a proud member of The Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA).
She is currently pursuing the Applied Lymphatic Drainage Program at Dr. Vodder School International and aims to complete all three levels in the future. She is also certified in stationary and dynamic suction cupping.
Before beginning her osteopathic training, Julia completed a degree in Kinesiology and spent several years working as a Kinesiologist. Alongside her hands-on clinical work, she performed functional assessments for a disability management company.
Since 2016, Julia has served as the Office Manager at Peak Performance Physiotherapy and continues that role today while also practicing as a Manual Osteopathic Therapist.
When she's not in the office, Julia is a Teaching Assistant at Osteopathic Lyceum, helping students develop hands-on manual skills. In her free time, she loves cheering on her favourite sports teams and spending quality time with her kids.
